In-Service Teacher Training Program Development Study to Prevent Peer Bullying

Peer bullying is a problem that difficult to notice and increasingly affecting the health of society. Responding peer requires determination intense effort school administrators, teachers, parents, other staff. Teachers who feel more competent about are likely intervene in situations victimization situations. However, many teachers have difficulty diagnosing bullying, do not know how cope with or trouble applying coping methods. This study aims introduce in-service teacher training program prevent bullying. was developed using problem-centered education design. The content determined thematic approach. values emphasized by this program, tools methods it proposes, outcomes reflect progressive existentialist perspectives. As result evaluation seen effectively improved teachers' competencies increasing their awareness combating It recommended future studies should be conducted broad scope, including developing dealing cyberbullying increased during online education.
